Lecturers can get dedicated help with the online teaching environment through the support portal.
Log a request and choose “Online Teaching (Lecturer)”. Describe what you need help with — for example setting up your modules, uploading content, or an issue in the LMS — and your request will reach the teaching & learning team.
Students experiencing learning issues should choose “Online Learning (Student)” instead.
